Peter Thomson
Peter founded the Future Work Forum at Henley Management College in 1992 and has been the Director ever since. Over the time that he has run the Forum he has built it into an active network of employers and a comprehensive source of information on new working patterns in the UK. He has been responsible for running seminars and carrying out research into the future of work and the implications for management in the digital age.
Prior to joining the college Peter spent 18 years with Digital Equipment where he was the HR Director for Northern Europe. He is also a director of Wisework Ltd, a consultancy specialising in new working patterns and work-life balance. Peter is a regular speaker at conferences on the Future of Work, the Business Benefits of Flexible Working and Management in the 21st Century.
