Kathryn Cleverley MACIPD
In 1997 after leaving St.Andrews and University of California, Berkeley Kathryn joined the British Airways graduate programme working all around the globe on everything from implementing new customer service IT systems to redesigning the Concorde Lounge in JFK. While at British Airways Kathryn worked closely with the Brands and Marketing team to re-launch the ClubWorld brand while also supporting the HR team to relaunch the Graduate programme - through these experience she developed an understanding of how company product and Employer Brand should work cohesively together. After four years with BA, Kathryn moved to Barclays Bank to develop a centralised resourcing team and since 2001 has been involved in many iterations of the development of the Barclays Bank Employer Brand culminating in winning the Personnel Today Employer Branding Award in 2006.
Kathryn is now working for Wrightson Wood, an Executive Search Consultancy as an HR Consultant.
Tom Crawford
Tom Crawford, who joined Deloitte in September with a remit to develop the firm’s brand from the employer perspective, is passionate about building consumer brand value through an organisation’s people.
Tom and his team ensure the Deloitte brand forms the right relationship with the right talent, right across the employee lifecycle - from positioning Deloitte with candidates in the external market, to improving internal communications in order to retain talent, right through to alumni marketing. He is also currently working with colleagues to bring the firm’s brand to life through its people.
Before joining Deloitte, Tom was director of consulting at Bernard Hodes Group (BHG), where he worked for six years. Here, he led global projects focusing on employer value propositions and brand behaviours. Tom joined BHG from BA.
