Duncan is a well-known writer and speaker on reward issues with articles in journals including Compensation and Benefits Review, People Management and Employee Benefits and his latest book is Reward Strategy: Making it Happen. He has appeared on BBC and Sky TV News and Radio 4's Today programme. He was placed as one of the top 10 HR Power Players by Personnel Today.
