Mark Adams

Mark Adams joined Abbey in May 2006. He holds leadership responsibility for Pay & Reward, Pensions, Occupational Health, Employee Relations, Shared Services & Payroll and developing and integrated approach for these areas.

Mark joined from BT where he was HR Director for BT Wholesale. Prior to BT, Mark was Global Director of Compensation and Benefits for Nokia and has previously worked for Kraft and Rank Xerox.

Melanie Morris

Melanie Morris joined Abbey in September 2006. She has management responsibility for Abbey’s UK Reward & Performance Management team including expatriate management.

Melanie joined Abbey from BT where she held roles as Head of HR for Wholesale Markets and Head of Reward for BT Wholesale. Prior to BT, Melanie held various management roles in both Compensation & Benefits and generalist HR with Kraft Foods and Xerox Europe.

Melanie is a Fellow of the CIPD and a World at Work Certified Global Remuneration Professional. She has also spent time living and working outside of the UK.

Samantha Gee

I am European Head of Reward for KPMG which is one of the ‘Big 4’ professional services firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services. My responsibilities currently cover 19,000 employees in the UK, Germany and Switzerland and this is likely to increase going forward as we merge with other KPMG country firms throughout Europe. As a chartered member of the CIPD, I hold a degree in Psychology and MA in Human Resource Management. My 15 years HR experience includes telecoms, retail and professional services and I currently work part-time.

Sara Turner

I am a Reward Manager at KPMG which is one of the ‘Big 4’ professional services firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services. My responsibilities focus on employee benefits and recognition. KPMG in Europe currently has over 19,000 employees in the UK, Germany and Switzerland. I am CIPD qualified with a degree in Law and MA in Human Resource Management. I’ve worked in a number of different specialisms in HR over the past 12 years including Employee Relations and Diversity and I have been with KPMG for over 9 years.
