Colin Evans, reward programme manager, Centrica

Colin Evans works within the corporate reward team at Centrica managing a range of policies and processes across the group. He also supports the Centrica Energy business who are involved in areas such as exploration, production and power generation. Before joining Centrica last year, Colin worked in reward roles in BT and Hewitt Associates.
Jane has been responsible for employee benefits at kcc for the past 2 years and has implemented a number of new benefits including cycle2work, mobile salary saver, ticketmaster corporate priority and the 'one stop' benefits platform 'KentRewards'
Jane has also rolled out the full benefits package to the counties 600 schools in the past year as well as working with other local public sector employers to develop their benefits offerings.
Her background in leisure, tourism and retail means that she is well informed as to the challenges of providing meaningful reward packages to diverse groups of employees against a challenging financial background
