Jo heads up the Reward function at EC Harris, a global construction consultancy with over 2,500 staff. Together with her team they have redesigned the total reward strategy and after a successful change programme in the UK are setting about rolling this out globally. Jo's background is as a consultant with Watson Wyatt and KPMG, and also in in house Reward for Arcadia Group.
Mike is a senior consultant at Watson Wyatt and has more than 15 years employee benefits experience. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, having read Law at university.
He has worked with both large UK and multinational organisations to design and implement changes to reward and benefits - one particular area of focus is reward culture and strategy to gain maximum impact and return from an organisation’s investment in people and drive a high performance culture. With clients from a range of sectors (across both public and private) he brings significant experience, creativity and knowledge gained from such a diverse group of clients.
